1. doors are engineered using a solid internal core of laminated timber lengths. This gives a uniform stile and cross-rail construction that ensures maximum strength and stability.

2. the exposed surface is covered with premium grade veneer, which guarantees performance and attractive appearance.

HDF Molded doors are fabricated using loose lay up assembly that includes Door Skins, Pine Wood Stiles/Rails and honeycomb paper core. Door Skins are to be bonded to stiles and rails and core forming a 3-ply structural attachment. Water based primer coating used on door surfaces and stiles and rails unless factory pre-finished.
